- Line muffin trays with patty pans and preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced)
- Combine flours, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, berries and banana.
- Whisk eggs, oil, milk and Sustagen together and add to flour mix.
- Spoon into muffin pans and bake for 20-25mins or until the top of the muffin springs back
